Writer's picture: Deborah SalleDeborah Salle

Poret, Wari na Tingting Planti.

Go longwe long mi.

Amamas, Bel Isi na Gutpela Tingting.

Kam klostu long mi.

Bel hevi, no ken paulim mi.

Go longwe long mi.

Bel isi, em mas stiaim mi.

Kam klostu long mi.

Long wanem as mi mekim samting?

Long wanem as mi mekim toktok?

Mi sekim mi yet.

Mi glasim gut.

Bel bilong mi, i mas stap stret.

Bipo mi mekim wanpela samting.

Bipo mi mekim wanpela toktok.

Poret, Wari na Tingting Planti.

No ken bosim laip bilong mi.

Amamas, Bel Isi na Gutpela Tingting.

Ol mas stiaim laip bilong mi.

Fear, Sadness and Anxiety.

Be far from me.

Joy, Peace and Wisdom.

Be close to me.

Tensions must not confuse me.

Be far from me.

Peace must guide me.

Be close to me.

Why did I do this?

Why did I say that?

I ask myself.

I introspect.

My heart must be right.

Before I act.

Before I open my mouth.

Fear, Sadness and Anxiety.

Must not control my life.

Joy, Peace and Wisdom.

Must guide my life.

Simple Challenge
